“We live stressful lives with our 24-hour day packed with umpteen things on our to-do list. The lack of time and with so much to do life can become boringly mechanical, predictable and uninteresting. A bit of excitement in your life can bring about a sea change and in how you look at life. Dance is an excellent antidote for your city-centric fast-paced living and stressful lifestyle. Keep your body and mind tuned to the music of life and let your heart sing the song of freedom and liberate you. Take to dance, let your feet do the talking and see the difference”

GPD is an idea which germinated on 1st September, 2007 with “Monsoon Masti”, a mega-show with performances by over 300 students at the Good Shepherd Auditorium, Bangalore. And GPD took feet with choreographers George Jacob and Preeta Pereira putting their heads together to promote and build a dance culture.
